Since our founding in 1962, Fukui Co., Ltd. has embraced the corporate philosophy of “bringing happiness from the sea,” dedicating ourselves to delivering authentic flavors and the gifts of nature to dining tables across Japan.
Our main product is nori (seaweed), and we also handle a wide variety of seafood such as aonori, aosa, shrimp, and kelp. We have established a stable production and supply system while continuously improving our seasoning and processing technologies.
In addition, we place great importance on developing attractive new products tailored to customer needs. Through these efforts, we have grown into a trusted brand nationwide for nearly 60 years.
We have gone beyond the traditional role of a seaweed supplier, earning trust as a company that delivers products quickly and accurately. Looking ahead, we are advancing the use of AI-driven image recognition and data analysis to further enhance the precision of quality control and foreign matter removal, while also building a more advanced and efficient production system.

Our strength lies in our fully integrated system, supported by global sourcing, FSSC 22000-certified quality management, and advanced processing technologies. This structure allows us to respond flexibly to diverse customer needs and has earned us strong trust from our business partners.
In recent years, we have accelerated our global expansion by establishing a wholly owned subsidiary in the Philippines and obtaining Halal certification, while in Japan we launched Hyakufuku Co., Ltd. to explore new business models focused on retail and online sales.
